Cook Street Cafe is a breakfast-forward food truck inspired by road trips, hidden gems, and the kind of meal you don’t forget. It all started on a side street in Michigan City, where our founder, Mike, cooked up his first test batches of salsa and sweet & spicy jam-infused breakfast sandwiches. Today, we’re parked at the redesigned 4411 Inn & Suites, slinging big flavor with local ingredients – thick-cut bacon from Indiana farms, roasted tomato salsas made fresh daily, and Roadie Sandwiches born from backseat cravings and early morning detours. If it smells incredible, it’s probably done. If it tastes unforgettable, it’s probably from here.
